Mzwa founded Caracali in 2019 after seeing small businesses and early-stage organizations left behind in the rush to digitize — while larger companies invested heavily in digital readiness. Caracali exists to close that gap with practical advisory, scoped builds, and hands-on delivery.
Based in Vancouver, Mzwa brings over a decade of experience across management consulting, digital product, and monetization — from Kearney and Hivisasa in Nairobi to product leadership at IT Glue and TalkShopLive in Canada. He holds a Master of Digital Media from the Centre for Digital Media and a BA from Middlebury College.
Today, Caracali serves small enterprises, NGOs, and mission-driven organizations that need a trusted advisor — not an enterprise agency — to navigate websites, analytics, digital strategy, and growth.
